Join us for a special evening to honor all that you are Mama!
Hosted in the heart of downtown Portsmouth at Brass Tacks Studio Friday May 10, 6:30-8:30p
Come connect with other local mamas, bring a friend or meet some new ones. Indulge in our high vibe mocktail bar, graze table by PALETTE, and curated dessert spread by Ginger Fox Bakery. Our evening will conclude in a sacred circle to honor our journeys as mothers and close with a guided relaxation.
Please wear whatever you are comfortable in, we will be seated on the floor for the closing.

Car Seat 101 for Expecting Families
Join us to learn all about how to install and use your baby’s car seat correctly. Did you know over half of families are using their child’s car seat incorrectly?! Let’s get you feeling 100% confident you know what you’re doing with this important piece of safety equipment! We will cover many topics including seat belt vs LATCH install, how to ensure your seat is install correctly in your vehicle, what accessories and padding are safe and compatible with your seat (or not!), how to safely and securely buckle your baby in their seat, how/when to adjust their strap height, we will also discuss convertible car seats, and more. There will be ample time for discussion and to get all your questions answered. Please bring your seat and base (if you are using a seat that has one) in to class. We will not be installing/checking car seats in your vehicle.
Car Seat 101 for Families with Infants & Toddlers
Car seats work very well at protecting children in the event of a crash…but did you know over half of families (even super smart ones like you) are using their car seat incorrectly?! Yikes—we can help! This class is designed for families with infants & toddlers to help you feel 100% confident you are using their car seat correctly. There is SO much to know when it comes to car seats and it can often feel overwhelming. During this class we will break down the basics about how your child should fit in their seat, when and how to properly adjust their harness, when/how to use accessories or padding, how to ensure your seat is safely installed in your vehicle (we will not be going to individual vehicles for seat checks), when it’s time to switch your child to forward facing, and more. There will be ample time for discussion and to get all your questions answered.
Moms' Night Out
Join us for moms’ night out! Indulge in a hands-on culinary experience for a charcuterie building make and take workshop! PALETTE co-owners, Stef Heitz and Jennifer Desrosiers, will teach you how to create a stunning charcuterie board for you to take home and enjoy.
